Independent Examination / Preparation of Accounts
All registered charities need to file accounts and returns with OSCR (Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator).
If you are a charity with an annual income of less than £100,000 we can help you to meet your legal requirements and avoid having your accounts returned by OSCR.
The cost of the service varies with the complexity and size of your organisation.

if your income is in excess of £100,000 and you are eligible for Independent Examination, please contact us for advice. Prices shown refer to non-incorporated, Fife-based organisations. A 10% discount is available for organisations taking Independent Examination and Preparation of Accounts.

Payroll
CVS Fife offers a computerised payroll service suitable for any size of organisation. This service is open to all voluntary or charitable organisations. Clients can select payrolls from a range of frequencies (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) to suit their needs.
Financial Services
CVS Fife offers a book keeping and account management service for those organisations requiring more comprehensive financial support, either on a short or longer term basis. The service is designed to reduce the strain of running day-to-day operations on small organisations.
Your organisation remains firmly in control over the allocation and management of funds. CVS Fife acts on your instructions, ensures your bills are paid timeously, and are receipted, recorded and summarised.
